How do I see my order information and history?
If you are logged into the website click on My Account in the top navigation and it will show your complete online order history for that account.
What if I forget my password?
If you happen to forget your password click My Account in the top menu then click "Request New Password" which will bring you to a form asking for your email and lab phone number. If you have that information you can fill out the form and click "E-mail new password". Follow the steps in the email you received and it will guide you through the process of resetting your FHC login password. If you are having problems resetting your password you may call or email the sales department.

What if the product I want is not in stock?
If you see that a product is not in stock on the website you can call or email the sales department to place it on back order for you. You will be notified via email when the product is available and being shipped.
