Craig Denekas

Mr. Denekas is president, CEO, and a trustee of the Libra Foundation, which makes grants to worthy causes throughout the state of Maine. He also serves as a board member of several affiliated for-profit companies, all of which continue to grow in profitability nation-wide. He is a corporate attorney whose expertise extends to such areas as capital structuring, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, government relations, real estate, zoning and land use, and complex mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Denekas earned his law degree from the University of Michigan and his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. He lives in Portland, Maine.

Robert Dick

Mr. Dick is president of the investment banking and management consulting firm, R.H. Dick & Company, which he started in 1998. He also serves on the boards of Synergetics USA and Span-America Medical Systems.

Mr. Dick's career includes time as partner with the investment banking firm Boles, Knop & Company, Inc. Prior to this he held various executive positions with Codman & Shurtleff, Inc., a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson that manufactures various surgical solutions. Before joining Codman & Shurtleff Mr. Dick was president and CEO of Applied Fiberoptics, Inc., a manufacturer of fiber optics for defense, medical, and surgical use. And before joining Applied Fiberoptics, Mr. Dick held various sales, marketing, and management positions with C.R. Bard, Inc., a multinational manufacturer for technologies to aid vascular medicine, urology, oncology, and surgery. He lives in Aiken, South Carolina and is a graduate of the University of South Florida.

William Haggett

Mr. Haggett is currently chairman and CEO of Pineland Farms, which markets meat, potato, and cheese products. Prior to this he was an executive with Bath Iron Works and president and CEO of Canada's Irving Shipbuilding Ltd.

Mr. Haggett has long been an active member of his community. He has served as trustee of the Maine Maritime Museum and the Maine Maritime Academy. He now works closely with the Libra Foundation, a private philanthropic organization which supports cause and initiatives throughout the state of Maine. He lives in West Bath, Maine and is a graduate of Colby College.

Lois Skillings

Ms. Skillings is president and CEO of Maine's Mid Coast Hospital. She also serves on the boards of the Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber, the Hanley Center for Health Leadership, and the United Way of Mid Coast Maine.

Ms. Skillings is a lifelong resident of Brunswick, Maine. She was a Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellow from 2008 to 2011. Prior to this, she earned a master's in Nursing Administration and Adult Health from the University of Southern Maine, and an RN from Northeastern University.

Barry Stamm

Dr. Stamm is president of Northshore Properties, a company he founded in 1985 that offers affordable residential and prime retail and commercial spaces in Oberlin, Ohio and environs. Earlier in his career, Dr. Stamm was an ophthalmologist who specialized in cataract and lens implant surgery, as well as treating glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy with lasers.

Dr. Stamm completed his residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center, his internship at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and medical education at Drexel University's Hahnemann Medical College. He completed his undergraduate education at Thiel College in Greenville, Pennsylvania. In addition to being a businessman and a physician, Dr. Stamm is an aircraft pilot. He lives in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Owen Wells

Mr. Wells also serves on the board of PC Construction in Burlington, Vermont. Prior to this, he served on the boards of Maine Medical Center, the Chittenden Corporation, Maine Bank & Trust Company, Irving Oil Corporation, Ocean Investments, and Irving Oil Terminals, Inc. Mr. Wells continues his association with the philanthropic Libra Foundation, presently serving as vice chairman and trustee and previously as president and CEO.

Mr. Wells was an attorney with the firm of Perkins, Thompson, Hinckley & Keddy. He has also had affiliations with the Cumberland Bar Association, the Portland Museum of Art, and the University of Maine system. And he has spent time as a trustee for Maine Public Broadcasting, Colby College, Westbook College, and the University of New England. He lives in Falmouth, Maine.
