The FHCCEF (Community Education Foundation) is accepting applications for 12 Fall 2012 scholarship awards of $1,000 each to be used for books and related expenses. Family members of FHC's extended communities (employees, residents of the communities in which we operate and neuroscience and clinical colleagues) are eligible. To apply, please complete the application linked below and submit it, along with all requested accompanying documentation, by July 22nd.
